This short break is based in Maidstone so time for lunch in the town before travelling to our 4* hotel giving you time to settle in before the evening meal, after which you will enjoy a humourous and informative demonstration about the art of chocolate and truffle making from the Minister of Chocolate. You'll have the chance to taste a few chocolates, taste Cacao nib, learn how to temper chocolate, how to colour it and how to make gorgeous chocolate truffles. It is an interactive event which is great fun.
