As all the best things do, Ruxley Manor began simply. Henry Evans founded H. Evans and Sons in 1876, growing plants in Sidcup then transporting them, by horse and cart, to sell at the markets in Covent Garden. Since then, and thanks to the pioneering family after him, Ruxley Manor is now one of the UK’s best family-run 'Destination Garden Centres'. Offering everything from excellent quality flowers, shrubs and trees to anything you could want to improve both your garden and your home – as well as enjoy a delicious bite to eat.
