Our coaches are strictly non-smoking, and no dogs (except guide dogs) or mobile phones are permitted on the coach.

Seat numbers are allocated at time of booking, although we reserve the right to change these should conditions make this necessary. A ten year EC passport is required for all foreign excursions - Non EC residents should ensure they have the correct visa.

Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded within 28 days of departure. We will endeavour to sell returned tickets, subject to selling our own tickets first, less 10% handling charge.

We reserve the right to refuse a booking; also to refuse or withdraw carriage to any passenger causing a nuisance to other passengers or ourselves without liability.

We reserve the right to cancel, alter, or withdraw an excursion at any time, in which event our liability will be strictly limited to the price paid for the ticket. In these circumstances, all monies that have been paid will be refunded in full but no further liability will be accepted by us. We accept no responsibility for any loss, inconvenience or injury relating to a failure to adhere to the advertised schedule and reserve the right to make minor alterations without notice. All arrangements for ferries, admissions, meals and other means of conveyance are made by us as agent for the passenger upon condition that we shall not be responsible for any damage, delay, injury or inconvenience caused thereby.
